4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Grant safe access to sites and facilities
- Comply with safety instructions and site regulations
- Fulfill contractual payment obligations
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact service delivery timelines or outcomes.
5. Pricing and Payments
Fees are determined by written quotations or contracts. Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms. Late payments may attract penalties or service suspension as permitted by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All engineering designs, drawings, reports, methodologies, and materials produced by World Tech remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
World Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or downtime, except where required by law. Liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of services provided under the relevant contract.
8. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance
Safety is a core value. Clients must cooperate with all HSE requirements. World Tech reserves the right to suspend work where unsafe conditions exist.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with contractual terms. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
10. Force Majeure
World Tech shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, regulatory changes, or supply chain disruptions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, arbitration, or competent courts within Kenya, unless otherwise agreed.
12. Amendments
World Tech reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
